Attempts are made whenever possible to vet the measurements provided, however, these attempts are not to be relied upon and are no replacement for accurate measurements. Due to these factors, all custom made spa covers are FINAL SALE.

• Due to a number of conditions, please allow approximately 6-12 weeks for final arrival. Although uncommon, delays can arise that are out of the direct control of all parties involved in the manufacturing and sale of spa covers.

• All spa covers are shipped to Mermaid Pools. You will be contacted when your order arrives and asked which retail location you would like to pick-up your spa cover from (Orleans or Nepean).
