We guarantee that no damage will occur to the swimming pool as the result of the service provided. This warranty extends for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of the pool.
Exclusions:
We do not guarantee damage caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, issues that arise after the opening of the pool that are not a direct result of the service provided, or damage caused to the pool or any of its components that are already in an advanced state of wear. Mermaid Pools does not guarantee service carried out by the home owner or a third party.

Is Your Water Looking A Little Green?
Don't forget to add a chemical opening kit to your order or pick one up from either of our store locations. The opening kit will help refresh your water and proactively prepare it for the maintenance season.*
*Please note that a chemical opening kit is not a substitute for proper pool maintenance/cleaning. It will help to clear up the water , however it is still important to test your water and treat it accordingly. Once your pool is open you can bring a water sample to either of our store locations for a free water testing and our knowledgeable staff would be happy to provide you with the correct chemicals and instructions needed to get your water swim ready.

Ionizer Probe or Salt Cell Worn Out ?
If your ionizer probe or salt cell are showing signs of wear and appear to need replacement, you can add one to your order or pick one up for either of our stores before your scheduled pool opening. When our technician(s) arrive on your scheduled service date they will be able to replace the required piece at the same time as your pool opening to ensure a proper start to the season.
